Dr. Elmira Gesheva is a Board-Certified Dermatologist and PhD-qualified physician with over 12 years of clinical experience in medical and aesthetic dermatology. She combines refined aesthetic expertise, evidence-based medicine, and oncological vigilance to deliver safe, effective, and natural-looking results.
Dr. Gesheva graduated with honors from I.M. Sechenov First Moscow State Medical University, where she completed her dermatology training and earned a PhD in Medical Sciences. Her doctoral research on the treatment of precancerous and malignant skin diseases was awarded first place in a national scientific competition as the Best Innovative Research Project.
She worked at the European Medical Center (EMC) in Moscow in the Department of Dermatology and at the EMC Oncology Institute, gaining extensive experience in clinical dermatology, dermatoscopy, early detection, and management of skin neoplasms, while also practicing aesthetic dermatology.
Dr. Gesheva completed advanced clinical internships and observerships at leading international institutions, including New York University (USA), the University of Graz (Austria), and Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich (LMU), Germany.
Her expertise includes the management of acne, eczema, psoriasis, rosacea, pigmentation disorders, and skin neoplasms. In aesthetic dermatology, she performs botulinum toxin injections, dermal fillers, facial contouring, and laser-based dermatological procedures, following strict medical protocols with a focus on safety, precision, and natural results.
